How To Apply

Application forms can be obtained from the Office of the Academic Registrar at the Institute.

Candidates are required to:

1. Complete the application form and attach copies of all relevant documents and certificates.

2. Submit the duly filled form to the Academic Registrar’s office.

3. Ensure that only complete applications meeting the necessary requirements will be processed.

4. Pay a non-refundable application fee of UGX 50,000 at any DFCU Bank branch, payable to:
   Account Name: Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute
   Account Number: 01463656075963

Applicants must attach the following documents:

• A copy of ID from the former school/institution

• Photocopies of academic certificates or testimonials

• Three (3) recent passport-size photographs

• A copy of the birth certificate

• Download and fill out the official application form.

• Attach copies of all the required documents.

• Submit the completed form to the Academic Registrar’s office.

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for pre-entry examinations.
Successful candidates will receive their admission letters at the Institute or electronically (for online applicants).

Note:
International applicants will receive their admission letters online.
